When we were young, the corner was a bad thing. A place we were sent to spend time away from the things we enjoyed most…forget the fact that we ended up in the corner because enjoyed provoking our parents, BUT I’ve found that a corner is actually something I need.
For me, my corner is a simple place. It’s a space where the clutter of every day life has been removed. I enjoy a space with really great light to enjoy a few minutes thinking, chatting on the phone, enjoying a good read or a great snack. A place to call my own and escape to when I really need it most. All those things a classic introvert needs at times. And yup, that’s me.
Well, this is my corner. This is a book I thumb through quite often and this is the corner where I will share a weekly post called ‘Sweet Tooth Sundays’
With the help of my girlfriend, I’ve come to appreciate some of the sweeter things in life..like my little corner, and chocolates, caramel and jam. She’s really talented at finding things to tempt me and I thought it would be nice to share the experiences we’re enjoying together. A sweet tooth journal of sorts that we can revisit and experience all over again and it’s something for you to enjoy with us.
So, with no further words to distract…here’s the first installment: Luxury Chocolate Vosges
The chocolates we’ve tasted together have been pretty darn good…chocolates from Paris, Italy, Chicago and San Fransisco are some of our all time favorites…and these rank at the top of the list. The chocolate is not too sugary, the infused flavors are subtle and most importantly, they don’t melt in your mouth too fast. You can enjoy for a long, long time…Vosges is the real deal. You won’t be disappointed.
Surprise your fiance, boyfriend, girlfriend, best friend, mom or dad with these and enjoy it together. We enjoy these most when we enjoy them together and I hope you do, too!
