Kathryn & Noah: Palm Springs Wedding

I love to travel.

For me, it’s all about experiencing something new. It forces me to see with fresh eyes, seeing the ‘same old’ in a totally new light. Travel doesn’t tempt me to move away from my comfort zone, it shoves me there and pushes me to create.

After a destination wedding I come home excited because all that I experienced on the road influences and shapes, in a new way, what I photograph locally many times each year…There’s no greater stimulant.

These are just a couple reasons why I accept destination weddings each year. Whether in Italy, Mexico, Santa Cruz or Palm Springs, it’s all new and invigorating.

For Kathryn and Noah’s wedding I spent a couple days in Palm Springs and there’s no better way to kick off 2014. Here are just a few images and I can’t wait to get their entire story on the blog!
