A few weeks ago I spent the week with my Mom, step-dad niece and nephews in Sanger, CA. We have a few acres up there with horses, goats and chickens. You know, pretty standard right?
Well, I always come home with a few fresh eggs and I LOVE them. Sunny side up, scrambled, egg sandwiches, hard boiled…I could go forever. There’s nothing like fresh eggs…store bought just can’t touch ’em!
