Behind the scenes Andrea and Gian’s wedding was one of the most complex events I’ve ever been a part of. Having a wedding at your childhood home is an incredibly sentimental experience but it can be one of the most difficult locations to transform and host 100+ guests.

But this didn’t stop Andrea and Gain. With the help of the extremely talented Ever After Events and Annette Gomez, Andrea’s childhood home was transformed to their ceremony site, cocktail hour, and an amazing tented dinner and dancing space.

As a photographer, a location like this is a dream to work with. Andrea’s life before Gian was all around us. She stepped into her dress in her bedroom. She then stepped out of her bedroom, in her gown, to see her father. An emotional moment for us all.

Guests were welcomed through their beautiful rose-lined arched gate. Which was also the perfect transition for Andrea and her dad before walking down the aisle together (if you didn’t know I love metaphors in imagery click here).

As the night progressed, dinner was just below their pool under an amazing three-tiered, impeccably decorated, tent. Ever After and Annette went over and above for this wedding and it’s certainly a day that inspires both visually and emotionally.

Sit back, pour a glass of wine and enjoy Andrea and Gian’s story.
