Very excited to finally share this story with you all. We’ve been waiting patiently and thank you to Style Me Pretty for featuring our hard work and the beauty that is the result.
In short, this shoot is a celebration of the organic. It’s a celebration of simplicity. It’s a celebration of the beauty in our surroundings.
I grew up spending a lot of time outdoors. A lot. Reading books in trees, wandering through creeks and streams. Spending hours searching for animals in the clouds and making whistles with a blade of grass. My youth has given me a great appreciation for the natural beauty we have around us.
To add to this experience, late last year we traveled through Tuscany and experienced something similar yet entirely different. The appreciation everyone in the countryside had for their families, friends and surroundings is a passion. And our short time there made me realize that too often we get caught up in things that are short-lived. Especially on a wedding day.
So, I wanted to create a reminder for myself and for those of you out there that are looking for some inspiration that there is beauty in simplicity. There is beauty in spending time with a small group of people that are very special to you. There is beauty in our surroundings and I believe we can celebrate that by being present.
